Alison graduated from the University of Queensland in 2006, beginning her veterinary career with an internship in emergency medicine. After a brief period working in dermatology, she discovered her passion for feline practice and has dedicated her career to working exclusively with cats since 2009.
She became a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists and a registered specialist in feline medicine in 2021.
She is passionate about caring for geriatric feline patients, focusing on managing their complex health needs and co-morbidities. With a particular interest in feline dermatology and endocrine disorders, Alison is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and ensuring her patients maintain a high quality of life.
Alison’s home life is just as full and rewarding as her professional one. She lives with her husband, three children, four cats, a whippet and several chickens.
