Medical Boarding

A safe & comfortable space for cats

A safe & comfortable space

Going on holiday or away from home when you have a cat with medical needs can be challenging.

Our Cat Medical Boarding Suites offer a meticulously clean home away from home where your feline companion will receive the dedicated care they need.

We’ve created a stress-free, cat-only environment to reduce anxiety, featuring ramps, multiple cozy areas for sleeping and sunbathing, and natural sunlight.

Tailored enrichment activities like themed playrooms, cat TV and grooming sessions keep your cat comfortable and engaged. Plus, our cat-loving staff ensures plenty of playtime and cuddles.

Expert medical care around the clock

Our highly trained team of feline specialists monitors each cat daily, tracking weight, food intake and overall health. Cats must be up-to-date on vaccinations to ensure the safety of all our boarders, particularly our elderly and high-risk patients.

Qualified staff administer all medications, including asthma inhalers, insulin injections and tablets, with precision. With 24/7 coverage, we adhere strictly to medication schedules, for your peace of mind. If your cat needs regular procedures, we can arrange these during their stay. Just inform us when booking, and we’ll manage the details and keep you informed.

Feline-only hospital suite

Peace of mind

Our medical boarding suite is integrated with our feline-only hospital, which is a major benefit.

If your cat becomes unwell during their stay, our team will quickly inform our veterinarian, who will reach out to you to discuss the next steps. If you’re unreachable, we’ll follow the consent and instructions you provided prior to leaving.

Your cat is welcome to bring small, familiar items like bedding and toys to feel at ease. Just be sure they’re clearly labelled, as items can occasionally get misplaced.

Our boarding suites are designed with a secure safety corridor to prevent any accidental escapes, ensuring your cat remains safe and comfortable and don’t worry – they will get plenty of love and attention as it is the most common place for us to go for our break times and lunch time for extra kitty cuddles.

Patient Stories

Our commitment to feline health is best seen in the stories of the cats we’ve had the privilege of treating. These journeys highlight the dedication, expertise and compassion that drive us.

Each patient faced unique challenges, and it was our honour to offer high-quality care and help them regain strength and happiness. We value the deep bonds with cats and their owners, knowing the difference we make in their lives.

Skilled and compassionate cat nurses make all the difference

Veterinary patients can’t speak, but they always communicate. Skilled and compassionate cat nurses know exactly what cats are trying to say. They bring a specialised approach that combines behavioural insight, technical precision and emotional awareness.
