Specialist Cardiologist

Fiona has a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and PhD from the University of Queensland and is a Member of the Australian & New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Small Animal Medicine. Residency trained at the University of California, Davis, she completed an externship at Boston Children’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School before becoming American Board registered as a specialist cardiologist.

Fiona teaches in the School of Veterinary Science and enjoys lecturing veterinarians both nationally and internationally.

She is co-director of Veterinary Cardiologists Australia and is passionate about providing excellent medical and interventional cardiac care to pets.
