Head Client Care Officer
Kelli’s an animal lover at her core, but she’s got a special spot for cats. This has defined her career for over 25 years.
She began in animal grooming and furthered her expertise with studies in Animal Behaviour, Animal Nutrition and Dog and Cat Grooming.
Seventeen years ago, Kelli recognised a need for a business dedicated to the unique needs of cats and their grooming, creating a safe and comfortable environment for them. This led her to establish her own business, where she has applied best practices in customer care, safe work protocols and compliance management to ensure clear and open communication.
While Kelli has extensive experience in business management, her true passion lies in working with cats and connecting with fellow cat enthusiasts.
At home, Kelli shares her life with her two cats: Valli, a majestic Maine Coon, and Travis, a charming Tuxedo.
Her weekends are filled with family time, Amigurumi crochet, vegetable gardening and caring for her diverse array of animals, including Shaka, Martin (her other pets), Scout (her dog), Bingo and Bluey (her chickens), Matrix, Everest, Sky, Rubble and Marshall (her goats), and Alan and Vinnie (her alpacas).
