This questionnaire is to be completed by caregivers of cats with lower urinary tract signs, such as difficulty urinating, straining to urinate, blood in the urine, passing small amounts of urine or urinating outside the litter tray.
Urinary problems may involve stress, and changes in the cat’s home can help.
The answers you provide will allow your veterinarian to advise you on ways to help your cat. Further information can be found in the iCatCare caregiver guide ‘Understanding urinary tract diseases and how to help cats at home’.
