Urinary Questionnaire

This questionnaire is to be completed by caregivers of cats with lower urinary tract signs, such as difficulty urinating, straining to urinate, blood in the urine, passing small amounts of urine or urinating outside the litter tray.
Urinary problems may involve stress, and changes in the cat’s home can help.
